DaimlerChrysler North America Holding Corporation (DCNA) finances its business in part through the sale of commercial paper which is sold directly by the company to investors at rates prevailing in the short-term money markets at the time of the sale.
Commercial paper may be purchased in either discount or interest-bearing form for maturity on any business day up to 270 days from the settlement date. For terms of 30 to 270 days, the minimum investment is $25,000. For terms less than 30 days, the minimum investment is $100,000.
